29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. On or about December 11, 2012, during construction activities, the employer allowed employees to work with electrical wiring and outlets that were not sufficently protected from mecahnical failure while running commercial heating units.
