29 CFR 1910.132(a): Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to protect each employee from fire and burn hazards was not provided; used, and maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition: (a) Frontier Drilling LLC at Rig #4, Mesa, CO 81643: On and before June 22, 2011, the employer did not ensure that each employee was provided with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as flame-resistant clothing (FRC), in that employees working on the drilling rig floor during gas drilling operations, did not wear FRCs. This condition exposed employees to fire and burn hazards.
