29 CFR 1926.852(e): Chute openings, into which workmen dumped debris, were not protected by substantial guardrails approximately forty-two inches above the floor or other surface on which men stood to dump material: At Glen Willows Apartments, employees were dumping roofing material debris from the tear-off down the chute and the area did not have a guardrail system to protect the employee from falling 30 feet to the ground below.
