Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet(1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provisionin paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. (a) Sivercreek Apartments: On or about June 29, 2011, employees were observed involved in roofing activities on a 4 in 12 pitch roof structure and not utilizing any means of fallprotection and exposed to an approximate 30 foot fall hazard. Note: Abatement certification IS NOT requried for this item.
