29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i) Each employee on a working/walking surface was not protected from falling through holes( including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes. a) On or about August 8, 2022, employee was working on a roof, around a skylight without PFAS, safety netting or guardrails, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of greater than 10 feet.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system. a) On or about August 8, 2022, an employee engaged in roofing work was working at heights greater than 10 feet with no acceptable means of fall protection.
