1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a)Zeigler Construction, LLC @ 8121 1st St., Wellington, CO 80549: On and before July 9th, 2011, the employer did not ensure that employees involved in re-roofing activites on a commerical building structure on a 6 in 12 pitched roof were protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. The condition exposed employee to a 12' fall hazard.
