Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) ormore above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrestsystems. a) All-Set Roofing & Construction, LLC On or about July 14, 2011, at the address of 810 W. Melrose, Findlay, OH: the employer did not assure employees were protected from fall hazards while applying roofing materials to a roof system. The employees were exposed to an 18 foot fall to the ground below.
