29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. a) Weathertight Construction, Inc. - On or about July 20, 2011, at the address of 161 Taylor Street, Lagrange, OH: The employer did not assure employees were protected from fall hazards while performing roofing work. The employees were exposed up to a 20 foot fall to the ground below. Weathertight Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315001735, Citation number 1, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 3, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 1509 Golden Gate Plaza, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
