29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):     All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition:    a)  On 07/26/2011, employer did not ensure that the areas around and between the Big Saw and Wegoma Saw were kept free of accumulations of aluminum dust and chips which could pose slip/trip or fire/explosion hazards. Dust accumulations were observed on the floor, on equipment and covering the enclosed motor of a portable dry-type dust collector connected to the Wegoma Saw.    Abatement Documentation and Abatement Certification Required.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):     The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    a)  On 07/26/2011, employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program for employees working with hazardous chemicals such as aluminum welding fumes, Pri-Clean non-ferrous cleaner, Pri-Cool cutting lubricant, Fireball degreaser and Perkleen sump cleaner.    All provisions of 29 CFR 1910.1200(e) through (h) must be covered in a written hazard communication program. Key elements include, but are not limited to the following.    1.  Labeling  2.  List of All Hazardous Chemicals  3.  MSDS Collection  4.  Employee Information and Training    Abatement Documentation and Abatement Certification Required.
