29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by ingoing nip points and rotating parts: a) Wells horizontal band saw did not have all potions of the saw blade guarded except for the working portion of the blade between the guide rolls. b) Wells horizontal band saw did not have the sprocket wheel guarded. c) Delta vertical sander did not have the side guard in place to protect the ingoing nip point. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
