29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by deenergizing the circuit and grounding the circuits of effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) Employees were exposed to electrical hazards where the employer placed an aluminum plank manual hoisting device within 5 feet of powerlines. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
