29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. a) Leal, Maynor at 3031 Oxford Place, Broomfield, CO 80023: On or before 7/30/11, the employer did not provide safety glasses and require its use when an employee was sheathing the roof while using a pneumatic nail gun. Condition exposed this employee to the hazard of projectiles to the eyes. Abatement note: Abatement certification is required for this item (See enclosed "Sample Abatement-Certification Letter").
