Several of these exit access paths were also partially blocked with laundry carts.

29 CFR 1910.219(c)(2)(i): All exposed part(s) of horizontal shafting seven (7) feet or less from floor or working platform were not protected by stationary casing(s) enclosing shafting completely or by trough(s) enclosing sides and top or sides and bottom of shafting:    a)  On or about August 5, 2011 and at times prior, employees were exposed to injury while working around ironer machines (6) that did not have the rotating steel shafts at the ends of the rollers guarded.  This includes the upper rollers on these machines which rotate at a higher rate of speed as well as the lower rollers where employees are stationed to place laundry into the machines.

This door was completely blocked by material.
