29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o:    (a)  On or about March 12, 2013, and at times prior to that date, employees were exposed to injury in that, the pulleys on the drive motor of the washing machine #13 were not guarded.     Note:  Sno-White Linen & Uniform Rental, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.219(d)(1) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 97244, Citation 1, Item 2b, issued September 9, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 110 South 25th Street, Colorado Springs, CO. This citation became final order on September 20, 2011.

29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical or inclined belt(s) were not enclosed by guard(s) conforming to the requirements specified at 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o):    (a)  On or about March 12, 2013, and at times prior to that date, employees were exposed to injury in that, the vertical belt drive on a motor of washing machine #13 was not guarded.       Note:  Sno-White Linen & Uniform Rental, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.219(e)(1)(i) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 97244, Citation 1, Item 2c, issued September 9, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 110 South 25th Street, Colorado Springs, CO. This citation became final order on September 20, 2011.
