Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to structural collapse: \\r\\n\\r\\n(a) (a)	Roof top: On 08/12/2011 and at times prior thereto, three employees were installing sheathing on 10:12 pitched roof 10.7 to 24.0 feet above the ground or floor below without temporary horizontal and diagonal bracing.\\r\\n\\r\\nNOTE #1: Among other methods, one or more feasible and acceptable method to correct the hazards is to follow the guidance provided in the Building Component Safety Information BCSI-B1, and B2 and B3 which instructs that lateral and diagonal temporary bracing be installed to prevent structural collapse. \\r\\n\\r\\nNote #2: Abatement certification IS required for this item.\\r\\n
