(b) In the Converting Department, Ro An # 8 and #9 was inadequately guarded in that the hinged guard did not properly guard the moving parts such as but not limited to: perf knife. (c) In the Converting Department, Ro An 225 used for R & D had an inrunning nip point where the approximately 9" roller contacted the approximate 2" roller exposing employees to caught in hazards. (d) In the Converting Department, the Slitter single stage winder had a lay on roller contacting the winding roller exposing employees to caught in hazards. (e) In the Extruding Department, two Gloenco machines had in running nip points created from the lay on roller contacting the winding roller exposing employees to caught in hazards. (f) In the Extruding Department, a Filmaster had a lay on roller contacting the middle roller which pushed the roll of plastic backwards exposing employees to caught in hazards. (g) In the Converting Department; the Sonic Sealers on Ro An #20, 30, and 60 exposing employees to struck by hazards when it came together to seal the bags.
