29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: (a) For Buhler Manufacturing, as exposing employer, located in Fargo, ND, where, on or about 08/16/2011, an employee was exposed to the potential hazard of being struck by a tank weighing approximately 1850 pounds when the tank fell from a flatbed truck where the hazard was created by a third-party company serving as the creating employer.
