29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On August 31, 2011 at a worksite located at 1698 W. Diehl Road, Naperville IL. Employees were working on a commercial roof and not utilizing fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall over 25 feet. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
