On or about August 19, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations twenty (20') feet three (3") inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. Lakeshore Construction Group, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1151195, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 14, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 8564-66 Lawrence Ave. in Norridge, IL.
