All hand and power tools and similar equipment, whether furnished by the employeror the employee, shall be maintained in a safe condition.    a) Job site on August 31, 2011 and at times prior thereto, an employee operated a Porter Cable Model 423 Mag circular saw showing the blade guard lifted up and a wire inserted to prevent it working correctly.     NOTE: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
