29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):  All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition.    a)  Shop:  On or about September 6, 2011 and at times prior thereto, the passage from the shop to the exit route was obstructed.    b)  Tire Yard:  On or about September 6, 2011 and at times prior thereto, the path from the sidewall cutting machine to the back fence exit was obstructed by fallen tires.    Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item.
