Note 3) Bates Framing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 97450, citation 2, item 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on October 5, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 3, Block 2 Spur Wing Greens , Meridian, ID.
