On or about July 28 & 29, 2011:     1)  Building B:  The employees, engaged in interior and exterior wall framing in the vicinity of the unguarded window openings, at the southeast corner of the building, were not protected from the hazard of falling approximately seven feet to the ground.      2)  Building B:  The employees, engaged in interior and exterior wall framing in the vicinity of the unguarded floor openings, were not protected from the hazard of falling approximately 10.5 feet to the concrete floor below.    3)  Building B:  The employees, engaged in exterior wall framing along the north, east and south sides of the building, were not protected from falling approximately 6 to 11 feet to the ground.    4)  Building C:  The employees, working in apartments 300 and 301 and exposed to unguarded window openings, were not protected from falling approximately 20 feet to the ground    5)  Building C:  The employees, working on the 3rd floor in the vicinity of the unguarded stairwell openings, were not protected from falling approximately six to ten feet to lower levels.
