29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form or scrap lumber with protruding nails was not kept clear from work areas and debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: a. Site - Employees were not protected from tripping and struck by hazards when scrap lumber was scattered throughout the site. b. Site - Employees were not protected from puncture hazards when protruding nails were not removed from scrap lumber that was left in work areas.
