Dirt Bikes - On or about August 29, 2011 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not conduct noise sampling for employees operating the dirt bikes.

BLM - On or about August 29, 2011 and at times prior thereto, the Bureau of Land Management did not establish a baseline audiogram for employees exposed to sound levels greater than a time weighted average of 85dBA.
