29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:(( 1) On September 22, 2011, Remedy Roofing, as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of its subcontractor, JR Roofing, were protected from falls in excess of 10' from the lower roof and 20' from the upper roof while engaged in roofing work. REMEDY ROOFING, INC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313714875, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON December 31, 2009, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 9311 Rice Avenue, Littleton, Colorado.
