29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   An employee of Remedy Roofing, and employees of its subcontractor, Alfredo Medina, were exposed to fall hazards while replacing the roof on a house located at 2519 Briarwood Ln, Hutchinson, KS 67502 in that; fall protection was not utilized.  The height of the roof was up to 17' eave to ground, the pitches of the roof were 8 in 12 and 3 in 12.   Remedy Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313714875, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as final order on February, 24 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 9311 Rice Avenue, Littleton, CO 80123.   Remedy Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314182767, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as final order on June 29, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1851 Stillhouse Hollow Dr, Prosper, TX 75078.   Remedy Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 106902, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as final order on October 13, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1110 S Ammons Street, Lakewood, CO 80232.
