29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:  (a) Sanitation employee wore a half mask respirator (elastormeric) while cleaning the dock area with muriatic acid.  Employee was not provided a medical evaluation prior to wearing the half mask respirator.

There wasn't an eye wash or body wash with a continuous 15 minute flush for employees working with sanitation chemicals.
