29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form or scrap lumber with protruding nails was not kept clear from work areas: (a) At the work area located outside Misa Building #3, an employee was demolishing wooden shelves. Scrap lumber with protruding nails lay within two feet of the work area thus exposing employees to the hazards of nails impaling their feet.
