29 CFR 1926.600(a)(3)(ii): Equipment parked on an incline did not have the wheels chocked and the parking brake set: (a) At the U.S. Naval Hospital, Central Utilities Plant access road, a 1978 Kenworth dump truck, license number 2145TBG, was parked on the access road without wheel chocks. The incline was measured at about -3.4 degrees Employees were potentially exposed to the hazard of being struck by the truck.
