29 CFR 1926.51(f)(1): The employer did not provide adequate washing facilities for employees engaged in the application of paints, coating, herbicides, or insecticides, or in other operations where contaminants may be harmful to the employees. Such facilities were not in near proximity to the worksite and were not so equipped as to enable employees to remove such substances: (a) At the project on or about November 2, 2011, and at times prior thereto there was no adequate washing facilities for employees that mixed and applied materials containing Portland cement as there was no soap or towels available nearby.
