The following alleged violations do not require laboratory analysis.    During the inspection air sampling was conducted in the breathing zone of your employee(s).  Laboratory analysis is required to determine the concentration of contaminants present, if any.  When that analysis becomes available additional violations may be alleged.  If that occurs you will be contacted by phone prior to a subsequent citation being issued to your establishment.    The alleged violations below have been grouped because they involve similar or related hazards that may increase the potential for injury or illness.        29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1):     The employer did not ensure that a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures was established and implemented to include the provisions of (i)-(ix), as applicable.    a)  At Pacific Expedition Yachts LLC, a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures had not been established and implemented to include the provisions of (i)-(ix), as applicable.
