29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels : An annual audiogrm was not provided for employees, cutting wood, who was exposed at or above 85 decibles. a) Lath employee was exposed to 88.9 dBA, 8 hour time weighted average. Employee was sampled on November 22, 2011 and was sampled for 473 minutes, the remaining 7 minutes was calculated as zero exposure time. b) Lath employee was exposed to 89.6 dBA, 8 hour time weighted average. Employee was sampled on November 22, 2011 and was sampled for 473 minutes, the remaining 7 minutes was calculated as zero exposure time. c) CNC operator was exposed to 90.1 dBA, 8 hour time weighted average. Employee was sampled on November 22, 2011 and was sampled for 467 minutes, the remaining 13 minutes was calculated as zero exposure time. d) Spool assembler was exposed to 88.6 dBA, 8 hour time weighted average. Employee was sampled on November 22, 2011 and was sampled for 462 minutes, the remaining 18 minutes was calculated as zero exposure time. e) Optimizer was exposed to 89.1 dBA, 8 hour time weighted average. Employee was sampled on November 22, 2011 and was sampled for 455 minutes, the remaining 25 minutes was calculated as zero exposure time. f) Fork truck operator in Optimizer building was exposed to 87.5 dBA, 8 hour time weighted average. Employee was sampled on November 22, 2011 and was samled for 454 minutes, the remaining 26 minutes was calculated as zero exposure time.
