29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):  One or more methods of machine guarding shall be provided to protect the operatorand other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:       a) Next Wave Automation, LLC located on 7235 Progress Street, Holland OH: On or about November 17, 2011, the employer failed to properly guard a Central drill press in order to prevent employees from inadvertently being caught-by rotating parts during operations.

29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:        a) Next Wave Automation, LLC located on 7235 Progress Street, Holland OH:  On or about November 17, 2011 the employer did not ensure that the portion of the saw blade on the SawStop 10 table saw in the assembly area which was exposed above the work table and above the material being cut was protected by an automatically adjusting hood.
