29 CFR 1915.73(d): When employees were exposed to unguarded edges of decks, platforms, flats, or similar flat surfaces, more than 5 feet above a solid surface, the edges were not guarded by adequate guardrails meeting the requirements of 29 CFR 1915.71(j)(1) and (2). (a) Employees were potentially exposed to serious injury due to a guardrail system that did not include midrails. The guardrail system was located on the access ramp leading from the mezzanine onto the deck of the boat in the spray booth, and the adjacent opening on the deck of the boat.

29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(viii): Circuit breakers for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less used as switches in 120 volt and 227 volt fluorescent lighting circuits, were not listed and marked "SWD." (a) Employees were potentially exposed to serious injury from the use of circuits as light switches when the circuits were not listed and marked "SWD." Service panel #3 was located in the SE corner of the shop on the ground floor, and the mezzanine service panel was located in the NE corner of the shop on the second floor at 170 Bay Front Loop in Winchester Bay, OR.

29 CFR 1910.303(e): Markings were not provided on electrical equipment giving voltage, current, wattage, and other ratings as necessary: (a) The inspection revealed that the voltage rating was not legible on service panel #3 and that no voltage rating was indicated on the mezzanine service panel. Service panel #3 was located in the SE corner of the shop on the ground floor and the mezzanine service panel was located in the NE corner of the shop on the second floor at 170 Bay Front Loop in Winchester Bay, OR.
