29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1):  Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards:    a) Employees were performing metal work while in a Genie Model S-60 telescopic boom lift. The base of the lift was  located in the roadway at the front of the building and was exposed to vehicular traffic. Warnings signs were not utilized.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
