29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):     The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    On 11/23/2011, the employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program when employees where working with hazardous chemicals such as Metalworking Fluids/oils/lubricants, degreasers and cleaning products.    All provisions of 29 CFR 1910.1200(e) through (h) must be covered in a hazard communication program. Key elements include, but are not limited to the following:    1)  Written program  2)  Labeling  3)  MSDS collection and location  4)  List of hazardous chemicals  5)  Employee training    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5):     The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein:    On 11/23/2011, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings for spray bottles containing cleaning products and containers containing oils/lubricants.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED.
