29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) CNC A61 Makino, had Mosnic model RD3C-116A conveyor guard that was out of adjustment leaving 10" from guard to chain and sprocket. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION NOT REQUIRED.
