29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Class I liquids shall not be dispensed into containers unless the nozzle and container are electrically interconnected. On or about November 21, 2011 an employee was transferring a flammable liquid from a grounded metal tote into an ungrounded 55 gallon drum. Abatement documentation required per 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
