Building 25003, mechanical room: On or about 02 DEC 11, two fire extinguishers were not inspected and left on the floor by the door subjecting the fire extinguishers to foot traffic. Employees/plumbers used propane torch for soldering, brazing and joining copper pipes creating a fire hazard. None of the fire extinguishers received an annual inspection checked.
