29 CFR 1904.7(b)(3): The employer did not correctly classify the following work-related injuries or illnesses on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent. C-28 Toe-In Pit: On or about October 31, 2011, the employer did not correctly enter the following work-related injuries or illnesses on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent for the calendar year 2011. 1. On or about October 15, 2011, an employee suffered multiple contusions and abrasions to the chest, elbow, chin and back when falling into an 8 - 10ft pit. The employer classified this injury as restricted duty when the injury should have been classified as days away from work. The employer entered a check mark in column I. No abatement documentation is required.
