29 CFR 1926.50(c): A person who has a valid certificate in first-aid training was not available at the worksite to render first-aid: (a) Lot 5224-5-4 Bellow Road & Bowen Street: On or about 07 DEC 11 and at times prior thereto, workers constructing a new office building foundation and parking lot were 10-20 minutes away from the nearest hospital. Nobody had a valid certificate in first-aid training to render treatment in the event of a fall or injury on the job site.
