(a) Talo Verde Estates, Tract 13105 lot 96: : On or about 08 DEC 11 and at times prior thereto, workers constructing a new home were 10-20 minutes away from the nearest hospital. Nobody had a valid certificate in first-aid training to render treatment in the event of a fall or injury on the job site.
