29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employer: a. Site- A competent person did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site where fall, eye, head, and powered industrial truck hazards were present. M. Gendron and son Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315716654 citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 9/9/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 244 Mount Vernon Street, Lawrence, MA 01840. The final order date for the citation was on 9/29/2011 upon signing an informal settlement agreement.
