29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person. (a) Location - 441 Main Street, Rowley, MA: On or about 5/26/2022, M. Gendron and Son Construction LLC, as a controlling employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job site were performed by a competent person. Employees of subcontractor, Maria C. Construction Inc., were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 30 feet above a lower level. The M. Gendron and Son Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1539649, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/30/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 46 Mile Lane, Ipswich, MA 01938
