On or about December 23, 2012, an estimated 20 foot wide section of open sided floor was without wire rope guardrails to prevent falls to the lower level.  Condition exposed employees working for a sub-contractor to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet.    Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is not required for this item.

Condition exposed employees working for a sub-contractor to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet.
