Honey Cell Midwest, Inc. was previously cited for 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1) or equivalent standard for a unguarded band saw contained within Inspection #312213846 (OIS# 91970), Serious Citation 1 Item 4 issued on 6/16/2008 and settled by a signed informal settlement agreement on 7/2/2008.
