29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) Employees are exposed to the point of operation on the Round Corner Cutting machine, in-that the guard allowed the operator to place fingers under the guard and into the point of operation. (b) The Round Corner Cutting machine did not have the point of operation guarded, in-that the foot pedal used to cycle the cutting blades was not guarded from unintended operation by accidental stepping onto the foot pedal.
