29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system:    a) Employees were not equipped with fall protection and were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 13'6" while working from ladder jack scaffolding.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.      Cedar Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311496889, citation 2, item 1, issued on October 24, 2007 and became final order on or about November 13, 2007.
