29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: a. Paint Spray room 1 - On 01/13/12 containers used to dispense "Blend" were not labeled with the identity indicated on the MSDS and the manufacturer's label on the original container (Kalwall Blend # 1). b. Paint Spray room 1 - On 01/13/12 a safety can labeled "Reducer" was not labeled with the identity indicated on the MSDS and the manufacturer's label on the original container (030-016/42-016 Clear Fluropolymer Reducer & Cure). c. Paint Spray room 2 - On 01/13/12 buckets containing "reducer" (030-016/42-016 Clear Fluropolymer Reducer & Cure), and "blend" (Kalwall Blend # 1) were not labeled with the identity of the contents.

Paint Spray room 1 - On 01/13/12 a safety can used for dispensing 030-016/42-016 Clear Fluropolymer Reducer & Cure "Reducer" was labeled with a '0' for reactivity when the MSDS indicated reactivity as as a '1'. c. Paint Spray room 2 - On 01/13/12 buckets containing "reducer" (030-016/42-016 Clear Fluropolymer Reducer & Cure), and "blend" (Kalwall Blend # 1) were not labeled with hazard warnings.
